Forms of Industrial Organizations Based on production and selling environment economists group industries into market structures. There are four basic market structures namely: (1) pure competition, (2) monopoly, (3) oligopoly, and (4) monopolistic. Differentiating factors of the four markets include, ease of entrance or exit, the number of firms within the industry, and availability of substitutions. It is not uncommon for a market to begin as one type of structure and evolve into another. Description Mr Brown was admitted to the ward from the Emergency Admission Unit, (EMAU), with a chest infection. He also has Alzheimer disease and can no longer care for himself so he has been resident in a nursing home for the past two years. She appeared angry and upset with staff, complaining that she was unhappy with his treatment and did not want her father sat out of bed unless he was given one to one care. She argued that even though she had repeatedly told nurses on the EMAU that he had fallen at the nursing home, after being left in a chair, unattended, they ignored her and he fell again after being left alone. For several days, she harangued the doctors and nurses at every opportunity about the poor care the NHS had given her father. During the period of time the play takes place society had its social classes heirachiallythe upper class there was no interaction at all with the lower classes. As the play suggests the distinctions between the classes were even clearer. The poor were divided into two: the deserving and the undeserving poor. Im a good girl I am(Liza constantly repeats this in the first acts of the play) As deserving poor Liza, the flower girl has to continuously show her innocence. She has to work hard and be aware of the police, since they are often there as a hindrance. Any little mistake when selling flowers can be the cause of jail. The deserving poor are the people who try to climb the social ladder by working and try to have a decent living, much different from the undeserving poor. Dont say that, Governor.
